Cultivating British history through portrait's of the country's most esteemed and culturally relevant figures. The featured exhibition was the BP Portrait Award for 2016 where the viewer was able to vote for their favorite portrait upon exiting the exhibit using a touch screen digital interface and providing their personal e-mail. This digital element connected the viewer with the works of art, offering a sense of community involvement. I was also intrigued by their permanent collection, which featured a stroll through British history represented by Royal portraits that provided a solid sense of cultural pride.
